BYTE, September p. 106 had an article on Videoconferencing players and VSVR wasn't even mentioned. NetMeeting and CU-SeeMe were mentioned as the future along with VDOPhone, and Netscape with audio/data conferencing alternative. I can't believe corporations are investing in NetMeeting type products which have very specific/expensive equipment requirements, are point-to-point only and have a video resolution of 10% of what's required to see someonr speak! Has VSVR missed this market, or strategically positioned in the large videoconferencing segment only? Seems like another one of those Microsoft/Intel announce "anything" and the market freezes. Comments and explanations please.
