I've noticed the same thing over the years. People insist on the two story or a one story with a "grand entrance" with 18 foot ceiling. My parents house is the old fashioned CBS with steel shutters and low roof profile, all they lost in Frances is a few roof shingles (the regular kind of shingles, not the 100mph concrete shingles of death). People need to wise up.
