Thanks for that John. Scarborough had an interesting discussion last night re USA's current debilitating debt. All his guests agreed that certain measures could decrease that heavy burden. Among them was an amendment to the Constitution requiring a balanced budget and the line item veto for the Pres. Chances of those 2 measures ever passing Congress?....almost none.
