There should be NO tax benefits for outsourcing jobs. That being said, it seems outsourcing is here to stay. It started with auto parts in the 70's, textiles in the 80's and most recently, IT stuff and customer service. No matter how much Americans scream for American jobs, Americans also demand the lowest price for everything. low price dictates , foreign goods, foreign labor.
