Spectrian Delivers 50,000th PCS Amplifier
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 1997--Spectrian Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCT), the leading independent
manufacturer of ultra linear, high power RF amplification systems, today announced the delivery of its 50,000th power
amplifier for the Personal Communications Services (PCS) market.
These amplifiers are deployed in base stations developed by PCS wireless equipment manufacturers and sold globally.
Products delivered include GSM 1900 and CDMA 1900 in North America, CDMA 1800 in Korea, and DCS 1800 in many
other countries.
