Exactly what point was Mr. Buchanan wrong on?

We attacked a country soundly beaten in 1990, under economic sanctions for a decade, with a thousand UN inspectors crawling over it days before a US invasion... a country with a demoralized, corrupt army, no navy, no air force... a country without control of two thirds of it's air space... a country racked by fierce ethnic divisions... a country our Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said in 2002 posed no threat.

I suppose we will now attack Iran, a country three times as large with three times the population because their leaders are trying to build a bomb? Or North Korea, which says it has nuclear weapons - but we say they don't? Then I suppose if Castro misspeaks we will punch him in the nose?

You just don't get it, do you? There was no threat to the United States from Iraq. 18 months after the invasion not one single WMD has been found. What was Saddam going to attack us with? Slingshots? The only reason there was a threat from Iraq was because the neocons manufactured it.

The 9/11 terrorists trained in Florida flight schools. I'm surprised you haven't yet claimed that Jeb, being jealous of George, supported and trained the hijackers, therefore Florida should be invaded.
