I have no idea what is being refuted or even who the person is that is responding "what is being refuted" 1 - The claim that Bush was transferred to a "disciplinary unit" or to any unit for disciplinary reasons. 2 - The contention that the points earned at this time do not indicate drill performance. 3 - The contention that Bush did not have enough points to fulfill his duty. What article or document is being refuted? Its not the Boston Globe article because that article does not claim that Bush was sent to a disciplinary unit as suggested in point 1 above? ted
