re: there are reasons we have an electoral college for electing the highest leader of our republic Frankly, looking at the numbers, I think the odds right now favor Kerry getting elected by the electoral collage, and maybe losing the popular vote. I say we keep it until after the election... then junk the electoral college. Take the FL stuff out of the equation, and minimize vote fraud. John
