"Persuasive" is a handy talent. In Jan 1995, the US convinced Algeria to sign the NPT and submit to IAEA inspections. The IAEA inspections discovered that three kilograms of enriched uranium, several liters of heavy water, and several pellets of natural uranium supplied by China had not been declared to the IAEA.

I know that's not as important to you as BJs, but it illustrates one of the advantages.
