Not that the victims in Beslan were complacent, but the people of Chechenya who tolerate terrorists in their midst, or even admire their tactics. The former President of Chechenya, for pity's sake. Unbelievable. The Pakistanis are claiming they just wiped out a terrorist training camp in Waziristan. Just imagine what could be accomplished if wiping out terrorism was a global priority.
