NO ... The minimum 3 votes guarantee that all states have at least some
voice in selecting the President. If it went to a popular vote, then a "handful" of
states decide for everyone. I thought the liberals cherished the idea of
putting limits on the majority ??!! <ggg> I guess not when it favors them !! <ggg>
