Tom, These must be past and present lenders that could lay claim to any assets that could come into TMM. Maybe the need to be sure they are on board with the new plan is just as important as the need for new financing. Once they are on board with the business plan, the way will be cleared to finalized the TMM/AMCI marriage. In addition, it would logically follow that if they are convinced of the TMM business plan enough to give it room, they would also be convinced enough to lend additional money, thereby feathering their own nest by seeing their previous investment come back to life. Sounds a lot like the same position we are all in, just to a larger scale. If they buy off on the TMM plan, that will be as strong a positive as I can think of for the company. It would be the green light. Good luck, we are hoping for the best. shotgun
