Regular Omega III is about 8.99 for 60 gels and the dose is two a day...the Essential Oils are a few more dollars...around 12.99. I usually take one a day. Like you if I take the two at a time I get the regurgitation. I am into the olive oil on my toast in the morning and on the salads. We use olive oil on vegetables and green beans etc....we really go through the olive oil too. Cleans out the insides of those arteries
