...dated 25 August, Say what? The memo is dated August 20th, 2004! But George Bush in late 2003 and early 2004 was gnashing his teeth at the world including Canada and saying that these will be exclusive contracts to American companies (er Halliburton) and those nations that helped the US in Iraq!! What happened suddenly. Did they suddenly wake up one day and discover what Americans knew all along; which is Halliburton is a front for Bushies and Cheney to cheat the American taxpayer? Three weeks ago, August 20th is when they wake up and change policy. Why now? Fool the American public?
