Agreement

Digital to resell FastLane tools for migrating Banyan VINES users to Windows NT and Exchange

HALIFAX, Canada, August 26 /CNW-PRN/ - FastLane Technologies Inc. announced today a worldwide partner agreement
with Digital Equipment Corporation. Digital will offer FastLane's new Flyte(TM) VINES-to-NT Migration Management Tool
as part of its Network and Systems Integration Services (NSIS) offering. Digital is the world's largest, most experienced NT
migration consulting firm, and has implemented more than 1 million Exchange seats globally. FastLane is a leader in mass
enterprise management solutions for large heterogeneous networks.

FastLane and Digital are aggressively pursuing the fast-growing market for NT-based systems. A market research report by
DataQuest claims Windows NT sales may exceed 41 million units by the year 2000, up from 5.6 million units this year and 2.2
million units in 1996.
