Among other misdeeds, you libel Herbert Hoover. Hoover had an exemplary record of public service. He was given the monumental responsibility of feeding war-ravaged Europe in the aftermath of WWI and performed heroically. He saved as many as 20,000,000 displaced men, women, and children from starvation. Do you think your life will count for as much as his? The Depression was a worldwide phenomenon that no one thought possible or could understand. FDR was IMO the greatest president of the last century, but he couldn't fix the Depression, nor could anyone else. Only WWII brought an end to the Depression. Don't count on them naming a dam after you. (A damn, maybe).
