Ok Ok - Chimp only declared "Mission Accomplished" I assumed victory was the mission goal. Before that declaration 200 dead since 800 dead and things are still a mess in Iraq.

With chimp lining the pockets of his contributers is the mission so maybe Bush was right when he declared "Mission Accomplished!"
