I just can't believe my ears everytime I hear Bush talking about he's the war President, he's concerned with national security, elect me, we'll protect you, yada yada yada. What the hell was he doing on the morning of 9/11/01? He sure as hell wasn't defending us or acting as Commander in Chief. He was reading to school children. Give me a friggin break! It was his one moment to prove to us his ability to lead the nation through a crisis and he blew it. He sat there with a stupid look on his face and read children's books. And the rest of his support staff were all doing a whole lot of nothing that morning as well. Only Cheney was apparently engaged that morning, and god only knows why he was actually engaged, was it cooridnate a defense or to coordinate something else?
