Thanks for changing the header. Your effort is timely and appreciated.

Perhaps, if you agree, you can add a note to your header indicating that even if a shareholder has already voted their blue management proxy, they can still reverse that vote by also voting the YELLOW Dissident Proxy. The latest dated proxy is the one that counts. Some may be confused by the voting process and feel they can't vote YELLOW if they already used the blue proxies which arrived a few days earlier.
