No moron! Do the math as a percentage of a state's population you idiot. Are you repukes that stupid and inept?

4.8 million is 22% of the Texas population of 22 million. 22% of 292 million (http://www.factmonster.com/ipka/A0004925.html ) is 64.3 million. Add 5% for the unreported (especially true amongst the poor and homeless who have NO helth insurance) and you end up at 80 million.
