It is highly believable that GW had a few missteps in his youth. Considering the choices he must have faced in his version of “equal time” participating in the Vietnam War, it is hard to believe that a few mistakes were not made.

We are talking about nearly six years of a young man's life. Of course a few mistakes were made.

Hell I'm 60, and I made lot of mistakes in my young adult years and have continued that program successfully ever since. The only people who live error free are democrats.

Nailing GW for missing a meeting is ridiculous. Every man or women who ever served on active duty, reserves or NG missed a few meetings. Ask a Vet.

True or not, the memos are likely to express opinions close to the reality of GW’s time served.

Now that we know the memos are forgeries, I'll have to say the only reality they prove is that the DNC and Dan Rather are liars.
