Total nonsense.
As I have written, my rural Texas school had IBM selectrics in typing class. The th in those memos looks like the th you would get from those. (ae was another funny combo).

The goal here is just to seed doubt until Karl Rove can find a new distraction. Can you say Orange-plus alert?
