Certainly Bush is unable to debate the issues voters want to hear about to decide how to vote. I think Bush is a coward. His crackpot staff is afraid if he's allowed to speak too many sentences without a scripted speech he'll tell OB/GYNs to spread as much of their love with their patients as possible all over this land, like he did the other day. That kind of talk makes it clear he's so totally incapable of understanding health care issues or deciding health care policy that can benefit the citizens.
