People have been buying Real Estate Trusts this cycle, and have pushed the dividend yield component of return under 6%... nareit.com wrong link ! weatherunderground.com People have become very familiar with REITs over years. I think we can add 2-3% to get maybe an 8-9% cutoff... Applied to a Canroy with current divdend around 12%, that's a 50% price increase.
