Eddie (edited), I don't know that the street thinks they are in better shape than they were a week ago, nor do I believe that BorderManager has had anything to do with this. I believe news on the potential of a buyout leaked weeks ago when the stock mysteriously went from 7 and change to 9 1/4. That runup has yet to have been explained. Novell would sell at $13 because it is almost double what the stock will trade back down to without it, and because they know that is they're only hope. The poisen pill only blocks hostile takeover attempts if I were to understand correctly. On every significant earnings report they left hints that we all said we should have picked up on. The hint here is that Novell responded witn "no comment" when asked about this rumor. sf sf
