Karen, i'm among the uninsured. at 46, i know anything can come anytime. and my gig here will be up. lol. i'll just die. i'm not sure many on SI get that? that feeling. that reality. if i get sick, beyone some emergency i can go to the hospital for, i will die. if i get cancer? oops. if i have heart-trouble needing surgery? ooop, ain't gonna happen. this is a simple true reality. i know i am not covered. there are studies and articles on those who die far younger than they should have if they had care. i'll "not" be one, i hope. lol. but if i get sick? gigs up. that is America for those uninsured. die young if you get sick.
