Steve, this is my take as to NOVL price NOVL jumps from 7 to around 9 due to new Novell team. People see this as a good sign. NOVL slides to around 8 due to no new news. Earnings come out, yet people hold and even start to buy when STONG HOLD is maintained or upgraded. This was last Friday. The street and investors notice that NOvell held and even went up after announcing terrible earnings. Also they see the upgrades. Something is fishy...people jump on. This was yestersay. Today...NOVL jumps because of IBM rumors. First time "publically announced even though we have heard these rumors for weeks. What will happen: 1)IF IBM says nothing today...NOVL could hit 11 by the end of the day. 2)IF IBM denies rumors...NOVL might drop back to 9 and then slowly slide back to 8. -Eddie
