You might want to actually look at the documents that you have linked to ... I did !!

On page 3 the following did NOT have a superscript: 1st LT and 111th

On Page 6 The following did NOT have a superscript: 111th

On Page 10 & 11 The following did NOT have a superscript: 147th

All of these did NOT have a superscript like the forged documents.
