Appears the eye of IVAN has stayed about 10-20 south of Jamaica and moved west...Hopefully sparing most of the island from contact with the eye wall.

I read there are now 100 Carribean soliders helping Greneda manitain order.

Latest computer models are have IVAN more to the West, with still possible landfall in Tampa. Landfall up on the Florida panhandle would have about 1/10 the people affected. Also, up on the panhandle, they have much more experience filling out the FEMA disaster relief forms...;-) (a tiny joke here)
