Does this "confidential source" know its illegal to try to doctor Federal Records??? That goes for doctoring Kerry's military records too. Many Inspector General investigations turn into criminal investigations. That is why Kerry's staff went ballistic when the Navy announced they were investigating his records. The demos 2nd favorite punching bag, Don Rumsfeld, may get to sign charge sheets against some Kerry players.
