Kerry is a fine example of Vietnam-era military because he got out of battle duty under questionable circumstances, came home, and began to bash the guys who were still there.

You're describing your upside down world again...last time I looked it was bush who got out of battle duty, not kerry.

These people have been fighting for 30 years for a little respect, and now the LEFT wants to take what little they've been able to get from them.

It may have escaped you, but the left didn't start this debate after 30 years.
