Joe: You left out the best "Hoot" in the article: Speaking of WebTV: Why it failed to sell in larger numbers - particularly last Christmas, when its initial advertising blitz was on - is an open question. Custer believes it was partly a marketing miscue; WebTV, he says, didn't arrange for enough retailers to demonstrate the service on store floors. Are the pot and the kettle talking?
