What could the American voter possibly be thinking when so many of them are ready to re-elect this incompetent bunch of sad fools?

Well, they could be thinking that these are in fact a quite comptent bunch of smart folks.

Or they could be thinking that this bunch may not be perfect, but they're better than the alternative.

Or, they could be doing it just to annoy you.
