What I mean is that how many people would be in a position to provide a YES answer to the question: "Are you better off today that you were 4 years ago." Senior citizens who are faced with a 17% rise in their premiums. Those working $10/hr jobs instead of $35/hr jobs before Bush came into office. etc. etc.
