I guess the guy that claims that CBS mislead him and who claims that CBS is lying about what he said. I guess Killen's family could sue for mental suffering.

Bush could sue for libel by claiming the story was a overt act to tarnish his reputation. I doubt if he will. Bush wants to stay out of this mud slinging as much as possible. He could wait until after the election I guess. I would get that Ginsberg guy to handle it.
