Here's an explanation of the fonts used in the forged CBS memos by a real expert flounder.com He clears up the confusion about whether the documents were kerned by explaining the difference between the computationally cheaper "pseudo-kerning", which Truetype fonts do by default, and the more expensive true kerning which is an option in Microsoft Word.
