The Democrats are not spending much in California either. The last poll I saw for California had Bush behind by 8 points. I seriously doubt that Bush will throw a lot of dollars into California. Hopefully, when Arnold runs for reelection in 2006 he will build a GOP ticket that has some broad appeal. Maybe the GOP can put California in play in 2008, though I suspect that Hillary will have a lock on the state.
