I heartily agree with you but I have not been able to find a pure play in this arena either. However, you might want to add to your list MOT and MXIM who will be doing MEMS and a Deep RIE etcher company, STS (Surface Technology Systems). If I come across a pure play, I will drop you a note. One the software front, Tanner Research and Microcosm look like plays down the road. Andrew
