This was an old link that I found significant in relation to the new DEC-1100-t for two reasons. First, it demonstrates the integrity of the company, because the time frame for new product releases was Q4 2004. Second, XPMCE labeled the new product releases 'ambitious', not HAUP.

The previous DEC was a very recent product release, and the new STB shows they are not content to rest on their laurels. As convergence becomes compelling in the USA, more players will attempt to compete with HAUP. The reception their new consumer products receive in the upcoming season will be critical. Price and intuitiveness will move their offerings from geekdom to mainstream.

HAUP may not keep investors informed, but they perform for their OEM partners. I think they're smart to avoid sales projections, etc. How will the hedgies (many being attorneys pooling their scamming resources) ever execute their short schemes, that always involve lawsuits to further their agenda, have grounds to sue HAUP? They will have no grounds.
