"If people undertake a corrupt and evil course to promote political goals compatible with our own -- are they terrorists?" Terrorism is terrorism. I merely used the term "incompatible with our own" because that positions them as a direct provocation to us. They are choosing a path of terrorism specifically because their political goals are incompatible with our own.
