The "handwriting" specialist is Questioned Document Examiner Marcel Matley. Marcel never attended a school or academy, he studied under Rose Toomey. Rose now hawks medical diagnosis via handwriting samples from her Oceanside home. Marcel never had any training on machines, typewriters or computers. Therefore the "documents" were not examined. Marcel is the same fella that declared the Vince Foster "suicide" note to be genuine. So you see, we are dealing with Slick Willies people here ;)
