Boggled my mind today. Happened to click on CNN and they had an ambulance driver on as an expert on assault weapons. He was saying how assault weapons made such horrible wounds, worse than any other guns, that even a person shot in a 1st class operating room couldn't be saved.

7.62x39, .223 and 9mm make the worst wounds? Jeeze, these rounds aren't powerful enough to be allowed for deer hunting in most states. Not they can't kill, they can and have done so. I guess he's never seen what a 12 gauge with buckshot or a slug does.
