Mel, I find it amazing that TSC is the best example of prior art that can be found. The defendents are running scared and need all the hype they can use to make it fly. I'm glad that Edata felt no need to respond to a lame attempt by the defendents to make Edata tip their hand. Of course when your holding a royal flush and the defendents are holding a pair of deuces their isn't much point. If Compuserv is as good at defending themselves against Edata as they were at defending their own claim to the GIF patent, Edata is going to make a fool out of them anyway. I've tried AOL, Prodigy and Compuserv. I didn't even use my free time up with Compuserv. Its the worst online service that I have used. I wouldn't think Edata is going to collect many royalties from Compuserv anyway since they probably won't be around when the patent expires. At 3.00, GIFT is defintely entering my buy zone. A patent win could easily make this a 100 dollar stock. So much to gain and so little to lose. :) Harlan
