Can you imagine how much productive time of the web's collective conciousness is wasted on this stuff? Lets just settle it once and for all already and move on! That's up to CBS, or to a court case. The only way to settle it once and for all is to find out where CBS got the documents, and for that source to say where they got them, and track it down to their origin. At some point the merry-go-round stops, somebody either can't say where they got them, or they show how they had access to Killian's personal files.
