Sorry for my little quip Joe, you're right that's a bad sign. Another recent post mentioned K-Mart. We recently went through a "restructuring" down here, but the stock has since recovered. IMHO incompetence in the work force is a "national" problem. Technically PETM is being supported by heavy volume at these $ levels recently which is very positive. Together with the current VALUE trend on WS, I'll stick my neck out to a possible turn-around here....
