If you honestly believe all that you must be one very happy guy! Good for you!

But the truth is that you have swallowed all that crapola about Bush having done well, hook-line-and-sinker!

Every president from Reagan on had vowed to be the education president to fix the ills of the education system, to raise the quality of education and to raise standards & etc. But all of them have failed miserably. Result: very many high schools are in fact diploma mills churning out vast numbers of graduates whose diplomas/certificates are not worth the paper on which they were printed! This is a sad and ugly and discomfiting truth. Did you know that American high school kids have been regularly outclassed by students in other countries in international tests! This says a lot about the education system, eh? As a matter of fact, most of the high school graduates were unthinking "sheep" and "parrots" who later morphed into "useful idiots" and henchmen for propagandists. This is so very evident these days on SI threads.

As for health, lots of folks can ill afford the high costs of health insurance and drugs. Many are forced to buy drugs from Canada where prices are much lower. If you have not been hearing the anguished cries of Americans affected by Bush's neglect of them, you are obviously deaf.

As for the economy, it is not as rosy as you believe it to be. Economic data and employment statistics have been creatively manipulated to look acceptable. Also, as this is an election year, the Bushies have been propping up the stock market artificially in order not to antagonize the public. Don't forget that Bush not only failed to reduce the national debt as he has promised in 2001, he withdrew money from the seniors'retirement fund to bankroll his extravagant projects.

The victory that Bush has claimed is in fact a hollow victory, not a total victory. (Pyrrhic victory may also be an apt decription.) At a cost of about $130M and counting for the Iraq alone war so far, there is little to show for the money, time and costs in American lives. (You seem to think that the 1000 American lives lost in Iraq is peanuts and of no consequence. Shame on you!) The dearth of news from Afghanistan is tantamount to a news blackout on dismal American performance there. And yet you say your Dumbya has been doing just fine. You are either a very naive fella' or just another brazen liar much like Ann.
