For a trip down memory lane, American Digest recounts CBS' program: The Uncounted Enemy: A Vietnam Deception," 1982 and the suit they had to settle with Gen. Westmoreland afterwards:

They point out the same pattern of behavior - CBS "knew" what the story was there too, so they turned a deaf ear to evidence that said otherwise. Dan Rather was the anchor for that production too.
