Good time to buy depends whether you are momentum investor or want to go long. THis stock has had a fair amount of momentum lately, but a fair number of us on the thread are longer-term players in the stock due to what we see as a great future for a pure digital imaging company. Is the momentum over for the short term? Only the chartists can give you an answer (OK Andy, let's hear your chart mantra), but if you look at the possibilities provided by the recent announcement of the DVx chip, the future looks quite bright and we may see some continued momentum in the short term. Take a look at John Rieman's well written piece on the company in the SI newsletter, some of the recent posts here have a link to it. Good luck.
