"Is that the case? Or is because we are armed to the teeth and they are lightly armed? It is not an 'either/or' situation. It is a 'both' situation. I thought that was made abundantly clear in my earlier posts. "Is a terrorist distinguished by goals or by means used in pursuit of goals?" Both... "At what point can we use the term "terrorist"? The point at which they target innocents as a means of harming their enemy. What is so hard about that?
