Listen, I am very bearish on the Dow and S@P! But the scenario here is not going to happen with the Russell 2000 rallying! There have been periods in the market where the Dow and S@P have trended down and corrected while the small caps rallied! Money is being re-distributed here from large caps to small cap value stocks. Look at the tape with open eyes and see what's happening! The last 2 corrections the Russell 2000 got crushed. It is an indicator that a BEAR MARKET is not beginning here!
